About Us

CleanHouse was created to help home seekers find homes that use cleaner energy, and to fight the climate crisis by speeding up the decarbonization of the residential sector. We recognized during our own home searches that it was difficult to tell from online home listings which properties were more or less efficient than others. We realized that more homeowners would be motivated to invest in energy upgrades if they were more confident that those upgrades would boost the value of their home and make it easier to sell.
